In the previous screenshot, you can create your first project by writing in the rectangles e.g. Operations, Invoicing, etc. Click on the blue “X” to remove entries and click on the “Add More Projects” to add more projects (haha).
When you’re ready to move on, click “Next”. If you can’t be bothered with this step at all, click “Don’t Show Again” and you’ll never see this screen again.

How Is It Used?

After choosing your price plan, you download Hubblu on your desktop. This will take no more than 4 minutes.
When Hubblu has been downloaded on your desktop, you’ll be asked to log in using your credentials. You’ll then be asked which size you want the Hubblu screen to be. (Small, Medium and Large are the options available)

In this screenshot, you have a list of integrations you can install on Hubblu. Scroll down to see the numerous integrations Hubblu has to offer, all neatly categorized.
Click on the banner of each category to either display or hide it.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see two icons – plus on the right and funnel on the left. The left icon allows you to filter your lists, whether in alphabetical order, by category, or by active applications.

The right icon allows you to add a custom app. All you have to do is fill in the app name and the URL for the app and the app’s icon, and you’re good to go!
Click on the white button next to each integration to toggle it on and off. You can see the apps you’ve added by hovering your cursor over the three lines in the top-left corner.
When you do this, you’ll be able to see all the apps that you’ve added to Hubblu. The screenshot below demonstrates what I’m talking about.

In this section, you can see all your apps. You can also change settings like Color Scheme, Screen Size, the option to instantly open Hubblu when your desktop turns on.
Click on the “Profile” banner to view and hide options like Help, Privacy Policy, and Talk to us. The Logout button is available here too.
If you want to exit Hubblu completely, click the gray “X” button in the top-right corner. Word of warning – even though you have exited the screen, the Hubblu icon will show up on your screen.

I haven’t been able to find any information on whether Hubblu offers a free trial. Even though the above screenshot mentions a Free plan, I haven’t seen any mention of it on the website. It’s with contacting the Hubblu team about, however.

Now, you may be asking “what’s the difference between Premium-Yearly and Premium-Monthly?”
That’s a good question.
First of all, Premium-Monthly costs a bit more than Premium-Yearly if you’re paying monthly. That’s why it’s better to go with the yearly plan, as it could save you money in the long run.
Unlike Premium-Monthly, you can save 20% per month with Premium-Yearly. It may not be a huge difference, but saving 20% is better than saving 0%.
There’s not a lot of difference in what Premium-Yearly and Premium-Monthy offer, but you’ll spend less money with the Premium-Yearly.
